Sophrology was created by Dr Alfonso Caycedo in 1960, is the study of consciousness in harmony. Through a series of adapted, easily learned breathing and relaxing exercises, Sophrology can help all of us acquire better health and Well-Being. Visualization exercises are used to gain a better understanding of ourselves, our emotions and our reactions in given situations. Using the mind-body connection to increase awareness and conscious living in order to enable us to create more balance and harmony in ourselves and the world around us.

Created by Bandler and Grinder, NLP is the study of the process of human thought and of what happens when we think.
NLP is an understanding of how the mind, using the brain, expresses itself and creates what we call our experience.
Some important NLP principles are :
